2. Operating safety

CAUTION! Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the
warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury or
death.
The term "appliance" or "product" in the warnings and instructions refers to the HAIR
STEAMER.

2.1. Electrical safety

a) The appliance power cord plug must fit into the mains outlet. Do not modify
the plug in any way. Original power cord plugs and matching mains outlets
reduce the risk of electric shock.
b) Do not touch the appliance with wet or moist hands.
c) Do not use the power cord in any unintended way. Never use it to carry the
appliance or to unplug it from the mains outlet. Keep the power cord away
from sources of heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or tangled
cords increase the risk of electric shock.
d) Do not use the appliance if the power cord is damaged or shows evidence of
wear. Have a damaged power cord replaced by a qualified electrician or the
