running faster than their rated speed can break and
fly apart. The outside diameter and the thickness
of the disc must be within the capacity rating of
this power tool. Incorrectly sized discs cannot
be adequately guarded or controlled. Threaded
mounting of discs must match the spindle thread.
For discs mounted by flanges, the arbour hole of
the disc must fit the locating diameter of the flange.
Discs that do not match the mounting hardware
of this power tool will run out of balance, vibrate
excessively and may cause loss of control. Do not
use a damaged disc. Before each use, inspect the
disc. If this power tool or its disc is dropped, inspect
for damage or install an undamaged disc. After
inspecting and installing a disc, position yourself and
bystanders away from the plane of the disc and run
this power tool at maximum no-load speed for one
minute. Damaged discs will normally break apart
during this test time. Regularly clean this power
tool's air vents. The motor's fan will draw the dust
inside the housing and excessive accumulation of
powdered metal may cause electrical hazards.
STORE POWER TOOLS.
Store power tools out of reach of children and
not allow the handling of power tools to people
unfamiliar with the tools or these instructions.

MAINTENANCE.
Check moving parts for misalignment or binding,
there are no broken parts or other conditions that

are repaired before use when they are damaged.

CHECK CONDITION.

BEFORE STARTING WORK.
Make sure that the circular saw is firmly supported
before using. Check that no one is standing
beneath you when using the circular saw in high

DURING THE OPERATION.
Do not leave the circular saw operating without
having it firmly fixed. Only turn it on when you are
sure you have full control over it. Do not point the
circular saw at anyone while in use. When operating
the circular saw will produce vibrations. The screws
may gradually come loose, and possibly cause faults
or accidents. Keep your hands away from all moving
parts of the circular saw.
AT FINISH WORKING.
Do not touch the possible accessories installed in
the circular saw after use. It may be hot and cause
burns. Some materials worked with may contain
chemicals or toxic components. Avoid inhaling
these substances or allowing them to come into
contact with your skin. Use PPE designed to
prevent and protect against incidents of this kind.
OTHER SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
1) Maintain a firm grip on this power tool and position
your body and arm to allow you to resist kickback
forces. Always use auxiliary handle, if provided, for
maximum control over kickback or torque reaction
during start-up. The operator can control torque
reactions or kickback forces, if proper precautions
are taken. 2) Never place your hand near the rotating
disc. Rotating disc may kickback over your hand.
3) Do not position your body in the area where this
power tool will move if kickback occurs. Kickback
will propel this power tool in direction opposite to the
rotating disc´s movement at the point of snagging. 4)
