Steam ironing

Fill the water reservoir with distilled water
through the � ller nozzle (1) until the water
level reaches the "MAX" mark.
Steam ironing is only possible on the "MAX"
temperature setting.
For reliable steam ironing, the water reservoir
must be at least ¼ full.
Push the steam button (2) to one of the
open positions when the indicator light (5)
goes out and the steam iron has reached the
steam or maximum temperature.
Warning! The steam temperature is very
high. Do not steam iron clothes or materials
for immediate use by people or on animals.
Do not use the steam feature on clothes
made of synthetic materials, nylon, synthetic
silk or silk, as they will be damaged!
Iron the garment.
Steam shot: Press the steam shot button (3)
to spray steam out through the holes in the
soleplate (12). You can also hold the steam
iron vertical and give hanging items, such
as shirts, a steam shot. For optimum results,
wait 2 seconds after each steam shot.
Spray function: Press the spray button (4)
to dampen the area to be ironed. The water
comes out of the spray nozzle (13) at the
front of the steam iron.
Turn the steam iron off by turning the
temperature control to the "OFF" position
and unplugging it.
Turn the steam iron upside down over a
sink or similar and carefully pour out the
remaining water from the water reservoir.
Gently shake the steam iron while pressing
the spray button to empty the remaining
water.
Stand the steam iron upright and leave it to
cool.

Dry ironing

Set the temperature according to the
instructions on the garment's label.
When the indicator light (5) goes out, the set
temperature has been reached and you can
iron the garment.
Turn the steam iron off by turning the
temperature control to "OFF" and unplugging
it.
Stand the steam iron upright and leave it to
cool.
