Bed rail assembly
Step 1
Insert support pins (2) into Lower Curved End using a screwdriver.
Step 2
Select one Junior Bed Rail, rest on plastic edge of base. Ensure cam lock
hole is located at the foot end of base.
Step 3
Align holes between Plastic Base and Junior Bed Rail.
Step 4
Start with center, use 60mm bolts (3) to attach Junior Bed Rail, finger
tighten.
Step 5
Insert left and right bolts, finger tighten.
Step 6
Repeat Steps 3 to 5 to install the other side of Junior Bed Rail.
Step 7
Insert connecting pins (2) into ends of Junior Bed End using a screwdriver.
Step 8
Insert locking cams (2) to Junior Bed Side Rails.
Step 9
Horizontally slide Junior Bed End along Plastic Base edge until
Connecting Pins insert into both Junior Bed Side Rails.
Step 10 Start with center, insert 60mm bolts (3) on Junior Bed End and finger
tighten.
Step 11
Make sure connecting pins are passing through the Locking Cams.
Insert the Locking Cam nuts. Use screwdriver to turn Locking Cam nuts
clockwise until tight. (See Fig.B1).
Step 12 Tighten all 9 bolts with Allen Key. Please Note: Do not over-tighten.
