Problem
Motor is not responding.
Motor LED flashes red.
Motor is not charging.
Blind lowers too far.

Cause
Motor is in transport mode.
Motor battery is empty.
The battery of the motor is empty.
Charger is not plugged in or does
not work.
End limits are programmed
incorrectly.
End limits have already been
programmed.
Solution
Activate the motor. See step 18.
Charge the motor. See step 17.
Charge the motor. See step 17.
Try a different charger or make sure the
charger is plugged into the outlet.
Reprogram end limits. See step 6 - 9.
Reset the motor and reprogram end limits.
See step 16 and step 6-9.
