SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

 Read this user manual carefully before use.
 Take particular caution if there are children near the device!
 Do not use the device for the purposes different than designed
for.
 Do not immerse the device, cable or plug in water or other
liquids.
 Do not leave the device switched on when unattended.
 Always remove the plug from the power outlet when not used
or before cleaning.
 Do not use damaged device even if the cable or plug is dam-
aged - in such a case take the device in order to be repaired
in an authorized service centre.
 Using accessories which are not recommended by the manu-
facturer may result in equipment damage, fire or injury.
 Do not use the device outdoors.
 Do not hang the power cord over sharp edges and do not
allow the power cord to touch hot surfaces.
 Do not place the device near electrical or gas cookers, burners
or ovens, etc.
 Do not touch hot surfaces of the device during baking. Use
the handle for opening and closing the device.
 Before cleaning, unplug the device and wait until the device
completely cools down.
 When opening the waffle iron during baking, pay attention to
hot steam getting out at the sides of the hot plates!
