USING YOUR AUDIO TRANSMITTER
In order to use your new audio transmitter, follow these steps:
1. Connect the transmitter to the iPod through the connector dock. The
screen will immediately display the "Frequency selection" application.
If no frequency is selected for three seconds, the iPod will return
to normal music playback mode.
2. Press the "3" or "4" buttons in order to select the frequency you wish
to use. Afterwards, select the same frequency on your car stereo or
other audio device with FM radio.
It is recommended that you look for a free frequency (no radio
station in your area) for using this device. If a radio station
transmits on that frequency, you might get a low quality audio
signal.
3. Once you have selected the frequency, save it in one of the memory
slots. In order to do this, first press the "5" button and hold it for two
seconds. The screen will display the letter "M" and a number that
corresponds to one of the memory slots. Use the Frequency +/-
buttons in order to select a memory slot (1 through 9). Once the
memory slot has been selected, press the "5" button again and hold it
for two seconds. The letter "M" and the memory slot number will
disappear from the screen. The radio frequency will now be saved in
the indicated memory slot.
4. Now, every time you wish to use the saved frequency, you will enter
the memory mode by pressing the "5" button once and you will select
the desired memory slot by pressing the "3" or "4" buttons accordingly.

If you hear noise or distortion in your audio transmission, it is
recommended that you change the frequency both on the
transmitter and the car stereo or other audio device with FM radio.
Try different frequencies until the music is transmitted with clarity.
Remember that radio frequencies may be overwritten.
Be careful when saving a new radio frequency.
Remember that the transmitter is powered by the iPod. Keep the
