Connect a quick coupler to the control valve. Attach air supply of 200 PSI maximum. The unit is now ready
for use. Actuation of the air control lever will now raise and lower the lift post.
If for any reason the jack does not operate properly after reviewing the steps above, call customer service at the
address and numbers on the back cover of this manual for further instructions and assistance.
Use of this jack around corrosive materials such as chlorides will severely damage inside of cylinder
causing air leakage. Water and slush from trucks and trailers may drain into the cylinder of the jack.
This water can cause corrosion of the jack's cylinder resulting in air leaks. Such use invalidates the
warranty. To minimize or eliminate this possibility and to maximize the useful life of this jack, when it
is not in use, tip it forward until it rests on the wheels and front handle as in the figure 1. This allows
trapped water to drain from inside the cylinder.
Operating The Jack Stands Simultaneously
Because theses jacks are often used in pairs, operating both units control valves simultaneously from one air
line offers advantages. Follow the instructions below for proper use of the jacks simultaneously from one air
line.
