NOTE: During operation, safety goggles or safety glasses with side shields should always be worn to guard against
flying debris (users & bystanders).
Exhaust Deflector (Fig. 4)
1. Depending on the job, the exhaust may need to be directed away from the work.
2. Rotate the exhaust collar as needed to direct the air in the preferred direction. Make sure the exhaust deflec-
tor is positioned so debris is not directed towards the user or bystanders.

WARNING: Exercise extra caution when cutting towards operator. Always hold saw firmly with both hands
while cutting.
Before cutting any type of material, be sure it is firmly anchored or clamped to prevent slipping. Place blade
lightly against work to be cut, switch on saw motor and allow it to obtain maximum speed before applying
pressure. Whenever possible, the saw shoe must be held firmly against the material being cut. This will
prevent the saw from jumping or vibrating and minimize blade breakage. Any cuts which put pressure on the
blade such as angle or scroll cuts increase potential for vibration, kickback, and blade breakage.
LUBRICATION
Air tools require lubrication throughout the lifetime of the tools.
The air saw mechanism uses compressed air to power the tool. The compressed air contains moisture that will
rust the components inside of the tools, therefore lubrication is required daily. Failure to lubricate the air tool
properly will dramatically shorten the life of the tool and will void the warranty
CAUTION: This air tool requires lubrication BEFORE initial use, also before and after each additional use.
WARNING: Keep out of the reach of children. If air tool oil is ingested, do not induce vomiting, call a doctor
immediately.
WARNING: Any excess oil in the tool is immediately expelled from the exhaust port. Always direct exhaust
port away from people or objects.
Storage:
The air tool must be lubricated before storing.
Grease Fill (Fig. 5)
1. Locate grease fill hole on the bottom side of the aluminum
gear housing.
2. Use a 4mm Allen key to remove the set screw plug.
3. Re-lubricate by injecting 2cc of high quality moly based
grease every 8 hours of tool runtime.
4. Reinstall set screw plug and torque to 20 in-lbs.
