ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Insert bracket screws (DD) two full turns into screw
holes on the mounting bracket (AA).

2. Attach the mounting bracket (AA) to junction box (not
included) using outlet box screws (CC).

3. Strip 3/4 in. of insulation from wire ends. Connect
WHITE wire from fixture (B) to WHITE wire from
outlet box using wire nut (BB). Connect BLACK
wire from fixture (B) to BLACK wire from outlet box
using wire nut (BB) . Connect BARE/GREEN ground
wire from outlet box to BARE ground wire from
fixture (B)with wire nut (BB) .
