Aluminium hooks for compact doughs.
• Fitted with a plastic spatula to help detach the
dough from the shaft, for a smoother result.
• Couple the spatula by inserting it underneath
the hooks and turning it clockwise.
• Insert the aluminium hooks on the shaft.
Cover, for avoiding splashes when mixing.
• Sit the cover on the container so it's in line with
the steel pins inside, then rotate it clockwise.
• Always keep the cover attached to the
container while mixing.
Internal cover, for avoiding splashes when
mixing.
• Sit the internal cover on the main one, then
rotate it clockwise.
• Always keep the internal cover closed while
mixing.
