Step 1: Guide Velcro™ strap through one of the
slits of the BCCH holder, starting on the inner
surface of the BCCH holder base. Fold strap
end around the base and press the rough
strap surfaces tightly towards each other.
Schritt 1: Fädeln Sie das Velcro™-Band durch
einen der Schlitze der Wellrohrhalterung
BCCH, beginnend auf der Innenseite. Legen
Sie das Bandende um den unteren Teil der
Halterung und fixieren Sie es, indem Sie die
rauen Bandseiten fest ineinander drücken.

Step 2: Use the other side of the Velcro™ to
fasten the BCCH holder tightly around the
cobot arm.
Schritt 2: Legen Sie das lose Ende des
Velcro™-Bands straff um den Cobot-Arm.

Step 3: (optional): For non-cylindrical surfaces
TyRap® cable ties are recommended for
additional fixation. TyRap® cable ties can be
mounted above and below the Velcro™,
following the "teeth" of the BCCH holder base.
Schritt 3: (optional): Bei nicht-zylindrischen
Oberflächen empfehlen wir die zusätzliche
Sicherung mit TyRap®-Kabelbindern.
Die TyRap®-Kabelbinder können ober- und
unterhalb des Klettbands, entlang der «Zähnen»
der Wellrohrhalterung BCCH befestigt werden.

Step 5: To relief strain on cables & tubes, fasten
them individually to the "teeth" of the BCSR
strain relief using TyRap® cable ties.
Schritt 5: Um die Kabel (und Rohre) gegen
Zugkräfte zu schützen, befestigen Sie sie
einzeln mithilfe von TyRap®-Kabelbindern an
den «Zähnen» des Zugentlastungsrings BCSR.
Die in diesem Dokument für unsere Kunden enthaltenen Angaben und Instruktionen
entsprechen dem neuesten Stand unserer Technik zum Zeitpunkt der Herstellung des

Step 4: Clip first half-shell of BCSR strain relief
ring on terminal conduit (i.e., first wave trough
of corrugated pipe). Press second half-shell
tightly on top of first one until it "clicks" on
both sides.
Schritt 4: Clipsen Sie die erste Halbschale des
Zugentlastungsrings BCSR auf das
Kabelschutzrohr (d. h. in das erste Wellental
des Wellrohrs). Setzen Sie die zweite
Halbschale des Rings auf die erste und drücken
Sie die Hälften fest aufeinander, bis sie auf
beiden Seiten hörbar einrasten.

Step 6: Press conduit into the BCCH Holder
and close hinged lid until it "clicks".
Schritt 6: Drücken Sie das Wellrohr in die
Halterung BCCH und schliessen Sie das
Klappscharnier, bis beide Teile der Halterung
hörbar einrasten.
