Protein Packed Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup (177 mL) almond milk
1/2 medium banana (12 g), peeled
3 tablespoons (9 g) peanut butter
1 scoop (29 g) chocolate protein powder
Green Power Drink
Ingredients:
3/4 cup (177 mL) pineapple juice
1/4 small Granny Smith apple, sliced (85 g)
1/4 cup (7.51 g) baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup (26 g) cucumber slices
1/4 cup (38 g) green grapes
1 scoop (29 g) vanilla protein powder
Salted Caramel Iced Coffee
Ingredients:
1 cup (237 mL) cold strong brewed coffee
2 tablespoons (20 mL) half and half
2 tablespoons (20 mL) salted caramel syrup
1/4 cup (35 g) ice
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in Jar in order listed. Turn Base upside down. Carefully place Base, Blade side down onto Jar and turn clockwise to
tighten.
2. Turn Jar right side up and place Base on countertop. Press START/STOP ( ) Button 2 times within 5 seconds to start blending. Blender will
automatically stop when cycle is complete.
3. Turn Blender upside down and turn Base counterclockwise to remove. Place Travel Lid onto Jar and turn clockwise to tighten.

1 cup (237 mL) almond milk
1/2 cup (62 g) raspberries
1 scoop (29 g) chocolate protein powder
