SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and damage
• Do not expose this unit to rain.
• Do not place any objects filled with liquids on this unit.
• Only use the recommended accessories.
• Do not repair this unit yourself. Contact qualified service personnel for
maintenance.
• Do not drop metal objects into this unit.
• Do not place any heavy objects on the unit.
Mains cable/power supply unit
• Ensure that the voltage of the power supply corresponds to the value
indicated on this unit.
• Plug the power plug completely into the wall socket.
• Do not pull, bend or place heavy objects on the cable.
• Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
• Grasp the plug by its body when pulling it out.
• Do not use a damaged mains plug or socket.
• Install this unit so that the mains cable can be unplugged from the socket
immediately if faults occur.
Setting up
• Place the unit on a dry, level, waterproof and heat-resistant surface.
• The socket outlet must be easily accessible so that the unit can be quickly
disconnected from the power circuit in an emergency.
• Do not install or position this unit in a bookshelf, built-in cabinet or other
confined space. Ensure good ventilation of the unit.
• Do not place the unit on amplifiers or other devices that may become hot. This
heat could damage the unit.
• Do not expose this unit to direct sunlight, high temperatures, high humidity or
excessive shock.
Mains adapter
• The mains adapter can be operated with alternating current of 220 - 240 V.
• However, use a suitable plug adapter if the plug does not fit into the socket.
