WARNING:
Read carefully the instructions in this booklet and keep it handy for further reference. Failure to observe these warnings can affect
the safety of the vacuum. The packaging components (plastic bags, staples, etc.) can be dangerous and must therefore be kept
out of the reach of children and handicapped persons, etc. After opening the package, check to make sure that the vacuum is
intact and complete. In case of any irregularity or missing pieces, as in the case of all future and eventual repairs, contact an
authorized service centre which can guarantee the use of original parts. Before connecting the vacuum to electricity, make sure
that the electrical specifications on the technical data label of the unit correspond to those of your electrical outlet. This unit must
be used only for the specific purposes for which it has been manufactured, namely: cleaning of inert surfaces, vacuuming of solids
which are non-flammable and non-explosive. Any other use must be considered improper and dangerous. Avoid bringing the
attachments in close distance of delicate organs such as ears, eyes, mouth, etc. This electrical appliance does not have to be
used by persons with reduced psychic, sensory or mental abilities, or by persons without experience and without acquaintance,
unless they are controlled or instructed to the use of the appliance by responsible persons of their safety. Children must be
supervised in order to make sure that they do not play with the appliance. The vacuum must not remain connected to electricity
when not in use. Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance work on the vacuum, make sure that the vacuum is not
connected to electricity. Do not immerse the vacuum in water. Do not use any solvents. The manufacturer cannot be held
responsible for any damage to persons, animals or objects, from the improper or unreasonable use of this vacuum, or from failure
to observe the warnings in this booklet or from the failure to carry out the instructions therein.
INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Attention: before using the machine, read carefully this manual.
Disconnect the cordset flom the electical socket (1), remove the head as shown (2) the separator (3), pour tha sand inside the
tank till the edge of the cone (4). Put again the separator (5), check if the filter is correctly installed (6), put the head again on the
tank, close the latches (7), insert flex hose inside the hose in-let (8) and inside the sanding gun (9). Connect tube betwenn air
compressor and filter regulator (10) and adjust the pressure to 6 Bar .Connect the cordset to the electical socket (11), turn on the
machine pressing the On/off switch (12) e start sand-blasting operation pressing on the trigger of the sanding gun, positioning the
brush in contact with the surface to clean (13). When the operatin is over, turn off the On/Off switch (14), disconnect the cordset
flom the electical socket (1), e start to remove the dirties from the tank.
Attention: in order to obtain the best result use, at least, a 150 liters air compressor.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Attention: Before performing any cleaning and maintenance on the vacuum cleaner, always disconnect the plug from the source
of electricity. Make sure that the cable is not cut or damaged (if it is, apply to the nearest authorized service centre for
replacement).
a) empty the tank often, don't leave sand residue inside the tank for long periods;.
b) clean the separator;
c) clean often cartridge filter;
d) use always genuine spare parts.
TROUBLE-SHOOTING
The motor is built for maintenance free operation and does not need any particular service. The carbon brushes may need to be
replaced due to normal wear and tear caused by using the vacuum cleaner over time, and they can be replaced only by our
authorized service centres.
1) Problem: the machine does not work. CHECK the following points:
a) check if the plug is connected to the source of electricity;
b) check if the switch is in the on position.
2) Problem: the machine does not have enough suction. CHECK the following points:
a) the filter may be dirty. clean or replace it, following the instructions given in this booklet;
b) the suction hose may be obstructed. lf it is, turn off the vacuum cleaner, and then remove the cause of
obstruction;
c) the tank entry may be obstructed. lf it is, turn off the vacuum cleaner, and then remove the cause of
obstruction.
3) Problem: sand doesn't flow out of the nozzle. CHECK the following points:
a) there isn't enough pressure (min:6 Bar);
b) the copper tube feeding the sanding gun is obstructed; turn off the vacuum cleaner, and then remove the
cause of obstruction.
