Replacing the lubricating oil
To avoid damage and unnecessary wear to
the demolition hammer, replace the oil in the
gear housing after every 60 hours of use.
Use gloves when changing oil.
Allow the demolition hammer to run for a
few minutes to warm it up. Switch off and
unplug the demolition hammer.
Place the demolition hammer horizontal with
the lubricant cover (10) facing upwards.
Unscrew the lubricant cover using the
spanner and allow the used oil to run out
into a suitable container.
Dispose of the used oil correctly, in
accordance with local rules and regulations.
Re� ll with around 30 ml of fresh oil
(speci� cation SAE 15W/40) and replace the
lubricant cover.
Let the demolition hammer run unloaded for
a few minutes before restarting work.
Replacing carbon brushes
If the demolition hammer starts to generate
an excessive amount of sparks during use,
replace the carbon brushes.
Remove the screws as shown on the pictures
below, and take off the cover.

Pull the carbon brushes out and insert
two new carbon brushes with the same
speci� cations as the original brushes.
Replace the carbon brush cover.
Note! Always replace both brushes at the
same time.
