Wearing the wristband
Wear the wristband on the upper part of the forearm. The sensor should be on
the bottom or top of the forearm. It should be tight enough to not slip on the
forearm, but not so tight as to restrict blood flow.
Initial setup of the BLE Smart Fitness app.

Enable BLE on the mobile device.

In the BLE Smart Fitness app, open the sensor setting.

Connect the app to the wristband by turning it on.

Select „Add HR sensor" from the device settings menu.
