USE INSTRUCTIONS.
Before starting up the wall chaser, we recommend
that you carefully read all of the instructions as
indicated. Please respect all regulations regarding
the prevention of accidents, health and safety
directives, laws and applicable restrictions for work
places. The wall chaser must only be used by
persons who have been instructed in its use and
only for the purposes for which it has been designed.
POWER SUPPLY.
Make sure the power supply is adapted to the
requirements shown on the information panel of the
wall chaser (1). Using the motor at low voltage will
make it operate slowly. This will reduce performance
and may cause the motor to overheat.
EXTENSION CORD.
If the working area is at some distance from the
power supply, use an extension cord of enough
diameter and quality.
BLADE INSTALLATION.
The wall chaser is designed to work with special
compound multi-blades. Use the included keys and
hold the outer flange to lock the spindle and undo
the fixing screw (2). The fixing screw has left hand
thread. Remove the fixing screw and remove the
outer flange (3). Insert the blade under the guard
and install it onto the spindle. Well seated blade
must rest on the spindle flange (4). The spindle does

not go through full depth of blade installation hole.
Slide the outer flange into the blade hole. Rotate
the outer flange while pressing it, until it goes into
the hole so it fully rests on the blade surface. Screw
in the fixing screw. Use the keys to lock the spindle
and tighten the fixing screw (2). You can remove
the blade by following the installation procedure in

reverse sequence.

DUST EXTRACTION SYSTEM.
The wall chaser if fitted with a dust exhaust system
in order to prevent the possibility of dust or foreign
objects being thrown into your face or eyes (5).
Never attempt to use the wall chaser without a dust
bag or an external vacuum system.
DEPTH SETTING.
Set the chase depth before starting to work and
with the device switched off. Move the lock lever
back to loosen it (6). For greater cutting depth move
the front handle backward, to reduce depth move
it forward (7). Setting correct depth is easier with
depth gauge and scale located on the blade body.
Once the correct depth has been set, tighten the
lock lever by moving it forward (8).
OPERATION / SETTINGS.
Check condition of the blade before using the wall
chaser. Do not use blades with dents, cracks or
other damages. Replace worn out blade with a
new one before operation. After work is finished
always switch the wall chaser off and wait until
the tool comes to complete stop. Only then you
can put the wall chaser away. Cutting blade must
be installed properly and must be free to rotate.
Never overload the wall chaser. Overloading and
too strong pressure may cause dangerous cracks
in the cutting blades. Never hit processed material
with working tool. Never use blades for wood cutting
designed for circular sawing machines. Use of such
blades often results in the wall chaser kickback,
losing control and may cause operator body injury.
SWITCHING ON/OFF.
Hold the wall chaser with both hands when starting
and during operation. The wall chaser features
switch that protects against unintentional starting
up. Press the switch lock button (9). Press the
switch button (10). Release pressure on the switch
button to stop the wall chaser.
