PROBLEM
After pressing the
power button the

does not light up.

is working but no mist
is coming out.

Improper connection of the

The water tank has run out
or has too little water.

water tank / the filled water
has impurities or the water
has been left for too long.

Reconnect the power cable
ensuring it is properly connected
and press the power button again.
Refill the water tank.
Pour out some water until the
water level is equal to or lower
than the max water marker.
Clean the water tank. Place the
humidifier in a cool and ventilated
space to air for 12 hours and then
refill with water.
Pour out some water. Clean the
atomizer or make sure a 5V/1A
adaptor is being used.
Add water to the water fill line and
place the humidifier on a clean
level surface.
