• Press the power button once to display how much power the Ball has remaining
• Press the power button to turn the Single Ball on and hold for 3 seconds to power off.
• To increase the vibration level of the (Level 1-4), press the power button.
• Each time you press the power button, the vibration level will increase by 1 level
• The timer will automatically stop after 10 minutes of constant use.
