USING THE PROPER COOKWARE
It is required to pay attention to the smooth base of the used saucepans. If appropriate
size and smooth based suacepans are used, you can get the most efficiency from your
cooker. It is not suggested to use the little size saucepans on the big size cookers,
because this will cause heat loss and so energy will be wasted. Using the right
cookware can prevent many problems, such as food taking longer to cook or achieving
inconsistent results. Proper pans will reduce cooking times and cook food more
evenly. Stainless steel is recommended. Surely control that your cooker is off, the
control switch is at "0" location after cooking. Also never touch it as the cooker will be
hot for a speific time after it was turned off. Do not let electrical to come close to it.
