Vacuuming
Connect the suction hose (10) to the suction hose connec-
tor (8).
Blowing
Connect the suction hose (10) to the blow connector (9).
The 3-part suction tube (11) can be attached to the suction
hose (10) to extend it.
SUCTION NOZZLES
Dual-purpose nozzle (Fig. 2)
The dual-purpose nozzle (12) is for vacuuming solids and
liquids over medium to large areas. Various attachments
can be fitted to the combination nozzle depending on what
you sort of work you wish to carry out.
Crevice nozzle (Fig. 2)
The crevice nozzle (17) is designed for vacuuming solids
and liquids in corners, edges and other areas that are di-
fficult to access.
OPERATION
On/Off switch (Fig. 1/2)
Switch position 0: Off
Switch position I: On
Dry vacuuming
Use the cartridge filter (14) for dry vacuuming (see point 5.2).
For fine dust dry vacuuming, it is recommended to use the
dust bag (15). The dirt bag makes it easier to dispose of
the sucked-in dust.
Always ensure that the filters are perfectly secure.
Wet vacuuming
For wet-vacuuming, use the foam filter (16) (see point 5.2).
Check that the filter is securely fitted at all times.
When wet vacuuming, the floating safety switch (Fig. 3/5)
closes when the maximum tank level is reached. In doing
so, the suction noise of the equipment will change and be-
come louder. You must then switch off the equipment and
empty the tank.
Danger!
The wet and dry vacuum cleaner is not suitable for the va-
cuuming of combustible liquids.
For wet vacuuming, use only the supplied foam filter.
Blowing
Connect the suction hose (10) to the blow connector (9).

GENERAL SAFETY RULES

WARNING!
Read all instructions. Failure to comply with
these instructions listed below may result in
electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. The term "power
tool" in all of the warnings listed below refers to your live
(corded) or battery-powered (cordless) power tool.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
DO NOT let comfort or familiarity with product (gained from
repeated use) replace strict adherence to safety rules for
the subject product. MISUSE or failure to follow the safety
rules stated in this instruction manual may cause serious
personal injury.
1 Work area
1) Keep the work area clean and well lit. Untidy or dark
areas cause accidents.
2) Do not use in explosive atmospheres, such as in the
presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools
create sparks that can ignite dust or fumes.
3) Keep children and bystanders away during use. Distrac-
tions can cause you to lose control.
2 Electrical Safety
1) Never modify the plug. Do not use adapters. Unmodified
plugs and corresponding sockets will reduce the risk of
electric shock.
2) Avoid contact of the body with grounded surfaces, such
as pipes, radiators, cookers and refrigerators. There is an
increased risk.
3) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions.
Water will increase the risk of electric shock.
4) Never use the cord to carry, pull or unplug the power
tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges, or mo-
ving parts. Damaged or tangled cords increase the risk of
electric shock.
5) When using a power tool outdoors, use an appropriate
extension cord. Use of an outdoor power tool cord reduces
the risk of electric shock.
6) If use of a power tool in a wet location is unavoidable,
use a RCD protected supply. The use of an RCD reduces the
risk of electric shock.
3 Personal Safety
1) Stay alert and use common sense. Do not use while tired
or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A
moment of inattention in its use can cause serious per-
sonal injury.
2) Always wear eye protection such as dust mask, non-slip
safety shoes, helmet or hearing protection. Proper equip-
ment will reduce personal injury.
3) Make sure the switch is in the off position. Carrying
power tools with your finger on the trigger or plugging
them in directly invites accidents.
4) Remove any adjusting key before turning the power tool
on. A spanner left attached to a rotating part of the power
tool can cause personal injury.
5) Maintain posture and balance at all times. This allows
better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
