STOPWATCH SPCIII
FEATURES:

memories to keep track of LAP and rest
times for serious workout training

SETTING CLOCK:
Press B until "SET " is blinking on the

display.

Press A to get into the time set mode with
the hour digits blinking on the lower line.
3.
Press A again to set hours when the hours
are set, press B to set minutes with the
minute's digits blinking.
4.
When the minutes are set, press B twice
to exit TIME SET mode and go to
CHRONO mode.
5.
Press A to enter the CHRONO mode or B
to go into INTR-1 mode.
STARTING THE STOPWATCH:
1.
Press A to start stopwatch.
2.
Press A to record the 1
display is frozen for 10 seconds if no
button is touched. Then it is released, the
display shows the total elapsed time from
the beginning with the lap number on the
lower line advancing by one.
3.
Press A to record the following lap times.
Press B to pause the stopwatch. "PAUSE"
is blinking on the display.
4.
Press A to restart the stopwatch (the
pause time will not be recorded in the
memory).
RECALL MODE:
1.
When the stopwatch is in PAUSE mode,
press and hold B for 2 seconds to go into
the RECALL mode with the display
showing the total time.
2.
Press A to show the fastest lap time with
lap number on the lower line. Press a gain
to show the average lap time.
3.
Pressing A successively after this will
show the recorded lap times starting from
LAP 1 to the last lap recorded, then the
total time and back gain to the 1
and so on.
INTERVAL 1 MODE:
1.
Press B twice when the stopwatch is rest
into INTR-1 mode.
2.
Press A to confirm your selection of this
mode.

The operation of pressing A and B buttons
in recording and recalling the LAP times is
similar to that of the chrono mode. The
INTR-1cmode is designed to help you to
do sets of workouts. For example, 50
meters repeats on 1-minute interval. The
stopwatch would record the 1
time (for ex. 40 sec.) and display it as LAP
1 for 10 seconds, and then display the
total running time (as counted from the
start of this lap) so you can start the next
50 at 1 minute.

After a rest of 20 sec., when the elapsed
time is showing 1 mn, you press A to start
another 50 m. repeat twice, then press
and hold B to go into the RECALL mode.
5.
Press A to see the fastest, slowest and
average lap.
6.
Press and hold B for 2 seconds to reset
the stopwatch and be ready to start
another workout.
INTERVAL 2 MODE:

Press B when the INTR-1 is rest to go into
INTR-2 mode.

The operation of pressing A and B buttons
in recording and recalling the LAP is
similar to that of the CHRONO and INTR-1
modes. The INTR-2 mode is designed to
allow interval workouts around a set rest
time. For example, you might do a set of
three 50 meter laps with 30 seconds rest
in between each LAP. If you did your first
50 meter lap in 40 seconds, the display
will show the 40 seconds LAP 1 for 10
seconds then change to showing the
elapsed time, as counted from the last
STOP. When the elapsed time shows 30
seconds, press A to start another LAP.

LAP takes 39 seconds, with 30
seconds rest again. And the last lap takes
41 seconds with the same 30 seconds rest
before pressing B to PAUSE then press
and hold B for 2 seconds to go into the
SUMMARY mode. Now the set is over.
