Open the cover (13).

Fill the water reservoir (7) with water up to
the maximum mark on the measuring cup
(12).

Close the cover (13).
Setting the voltage (fig. A)
Before use, the appliance must be set to the
correct voltage: 115V or 230V. The voltage
must be set using the voltage switch.
Before you proceed, we need you to pay
attention to the following notes:
-
Before inserting the mains plug into the
wall socket, make sure that the voltage
switch is set to the correct voltage.
•
Move the voltage switch (3) to the left to
set the voltage to 115V.
•
Move the voltage switch (3) to the right to
set the voltage to 230V.
Setting the temperature

The temperature must be set according to the
type of fabric.
Before you proceed, we need you to pay
attention to the following notes:
-
Always turn the temperature control dial
to the 'min' position before inserting the
mains plug into the wall socket or removing
the mains plug from the wall socket.
•
Turn the temperature control dial (1)
clockwise to increase the temperature.
The temperature indicator (2) remains on
during the process. The temperature
indicator (2) goes off when the soleplate
(8) has reached the required temperature.
•
Turn the temperature control dial (1)
counterclockwise to decrease the
temperature. The temperature indicator
(2) remains on during the process. The
temperature indicator (2) goes off when
the soleplate (8) has reached the required
temperature.

Hints for use
•
Make sure that the handgrip (9) is in the
raised position.
•
Fill the water reservoir (7) with water.
•
Place the appliance with the support feet
(11) on a stable and flat surface.
•
Insert the mains plug into the wall socket.
•
Turn the temperature control dial (1) to set
the required temperature. The iron starts
heating. The temperature indicator (2)
remains on during the process.
•
If the temperature indicator (2) goes off,
the soleplate (8) has reached the required
temperature. The appliance is ready for use.
•
If you interrupt the process, place the
appliance with the support feet (11) on a
stable and flat surface.
•
After use, turn the temperature control
dial (1) to the 'min' position.
•
Place the appliance with the support feet

•
Remove the mains plug from the wall socket.
•
Allow the appliance to cool down
completely.
Spray function (fig. A)
For dry ironing, the spray button can be used
to spray water on the fabric.
Before you proceed, we would like you to
focus your attention on the following notes:
-
Do not use the spray function for steam
ironing.
