Installing the sanding pad
Press the spindle lock (9) to make the spindle
fixed, then turn clockwise to fasten the sanding
pad (1) onto the machine and tighten it.
Charging the battery pack
1. Remove the battery pack from the tool by depressing the battery pack release button (6) and
pulling the battery pack (7) out of tool.
2. Plug the charger's power lead into top of battery. The LED indicator on the tool indicates the
charging status:
Power on: Green light
CAUTION: Charge the battery pack only with the provided charger.
Examine the battery charger regularly for damage, it must not be used until it has been repaired.
OPERATION
WARNING! It is advisable to always wear work gloves during operation of this tool due to the
high speed spinning of the sanding pad.
Inserting the battery pack
Use only original Li-ion batteries provided for use with this tool. Using other batteries can lead to
injuries and pose a fire hazard. Insert the charged battery by pushing the battery pack (7) onto the
tool until it locks in place.
Battery status indicator
The three LEDs (2) on the tool indicate the remaining battery power.

Note:
• The efficiency of discharge of the battery will decrease in the low temperature. When the
circumstance temperature is lower than -10 °C , the battery pack will shut down automatically
and it is normal that the power tool is unable to use.
• The internal temperature of the battery will continuously increase in repeatedly high power
operation or overload. If the pack is overheated, it will disconnect automatically. The power tool
does not work until the temperature goes down to the normal temperature.

Installing the side handle
Turn clockwise to fasten the side handle onto
the machine. The auxiliary side handle (3) may
be mounted for either left-handled or right-
handed user.
