Nomenclature :

Nozzle change procedure:
1) Loosen the hexagon socket screw M5x16 (pos. 2)
2) Move the nozzle holder (pos. 3) down
3) Unscrew the nozzle using a spanner (pos. 5) and replace it with a nozzle of the required size
4) Move the nozzle support upwards at a distance H from the burner tube
5) Tighten the M5x16 hexagon socket screw
The distance H is the nominal distance in mm between the nozzle holder and the burner tube (pos. 1). All
values are verified by a test institute.

DESCRIPTION OF USE

Ignition of the main burner and regulation of the thermal output:
Turn the valve knob (A) to the "main burner ignition" position, press it and hold, press the piezo igniter button
several times until the main burner ignites. You can see the flame through the hole in the front panel. Hold
button (A) for a few more seconds until the meat probe heats up, then release the button. If the flame goes
out, repeat the process.
The economic flame
Put the knob (A) in the "economic flame" position, so the flame is reduced for economical consumption.
To turn off the device tab. 1, 2
Put the button (A) in the "0" position.
