Made of stainless and black enamel coated steel, the Monterey is very easy to use.
Choose either charcoal or wood as your fuel, and place it in the bottom compartment.
Watch the built-in temperature gauge until it achieves the desired heat, place your pizza
on the supplied stone, and put it in the upper compartment. In 8-10 minutes you will have
a tasty home cooked pizza.
The Monterey has two wheels and a handle on the side for easy maneuverability. The
handle on the smoke stack allows for control over the amount of smoke in the oven. Not
only will this work for pizza, but you can also use the Monterey as a conventional grill or
