Operation
Insert batteries

– Remove the cover (1).
– Open the battery compartment (4) on the bottom side of the cover and remove the battery
container (7) by pulling the strap (8).
– Insert the batteries into the battery container. Pay attention to the correct polarity!
– Put the battery container back into the battery compartment. Make sure that the strap is
back under the battery container.
Insert bin liner

– Fold the bin liner over the edges of the container (3).
– Fix the excess bin liner material in the opening (9) provided in the container.
Waste bin - Switch on and off

– To switch on the product, set the on/off switch (6) on the bottom side of the cover to [ON].
– The waste bin is in standby mode and ready for operation.
– To switch off the product, set the on/off switch (6) to [OFF].
