Using extension cables

2. MACHINE INFORMATION
Intended use
This product is intended for domestic environments,
e.g. for private gardens at home. The garden tool is
designed for lawn raking, verticutting or aerating.
The garden tool is intended for use at ground level.
The tool may not be used to trim bushes, hedges
or shrubs, to cut scaling vegetation, planted roofs,
or balcony-grown grass, to clean (vacuum) dirt and
debris off walkways, or to chop up tree or hedge
clippings. Moreover, the tool may not be used as
a power cultivator to level out high areas such as
molehills. The equipment is to be used only for its
prescribed purpose. Any other use is deemed to be
a case of misuse.

3. ASSEMBLY
Study each figure and identify the components
required with reference to the figure 'package
contents' and the contents table above.
Attaching the handle (Fig. A, B, C)
1. Push lower handle (2) into angle adjustment
bracket (4) and subsequently slide it over the
bolt (23) protruding from the machine body (3).
2. Align the threaded part of the bracket and the
machine. Add a washer on the bolt (23) and
now mount the knob (8). Tighten in clockwise
direction.
3. Put the cable strain relief (6) on the right side of
the upper handle (1) as shown on figure B.
4. Now attach the upper handle (1) to the lower
handle (2), using the supplied bolts (7), washers
(9) and knobs (8) as shown on figure B. Make
sure the safety switch (19) assembly is on the
right side when standing behind the lawn mower.
5. Fixate the cable (14) to the handle by using the
cable holders (5), as shown on figure C.
