Be aware of the weight of the battery pack during transport and storage.
Store battery packs indoors only, at low humidity and temperatures below 20°C.

Malfunctions often have simple causes that you can remedy yourself using the following overview. When in doubt,
or in the case of malfunctions not mentioned here, please contact your authorised Customer Service.
The connected device does not work
The battery pack is not inserted into the device correctly.
1. Follow the instructions in the device's operating instructions.
The battery pack is not charged.
1. Fully charge the battery pack before use.
2. For charging, follow the information in the operating instructions for the charger.
The battery pack is defective.
1. Do not use, charge, or store the battery pack.
2. Dispose of the battery pack in the correct manner.
Defective charger.
1. Observe the operating instructions for the charger.
