thermostat to a lower position and / or adjust the grill to a middle or higher
position.
The water in the base evaporates during use. The water needs to be refilled at the
proper time. Be careful not to spill water on the heating element.
When you finish cooking, turn the thermostat to "0" (OFF) and unplug the grill
from the mains.

- Before cleaning your grill, always make sure that the grill has been removed.
