frequencies and measure the power provided by
the generator in each one of them (the same as in

The fi rst thing we do is calculate the attenuation
for all the sockets. In order to do this we have to
take into account the metres of cable from the
headend up to each of the sockets and the passive
elements (separators and sockets).
