3.1 Description
Grain cleaner for the cleaning of cereals (wheat, rye, barley, oats, maize).

The cleaner consists of a centrifugal fan which is equipped with a cleaning device. There to, a
dust cyclone can be connected, from which the impurities can be bagged. The motor is con-
nected directly to the housing with downwardly leading suction port.
The grain is fed through a pipe into the cleaning device, where it collides with a distributor
cone. From the outer guide ring it rebounds again. Thereby, it is exposed to a multiple directed
air flow.
The light trimming components of the grain are separated in this way from the heavier grains
and optionally passed into a cyclone. In the cyclone the impurities now separated from the air
flow and dropping out of the cyclone.
The basic version or standard version of the cleaner is combined with a valve to adjust the
cleaning power running (optional accessory). An electrical frequency with which the speed can
be regulated is also optionally available.
Please note that for the correct functioning of ZZeparator a dust separator (Cyclone e.g.) is
needed.
