Remove bicycle helmets or other sports helmets before using the Jungle Line. Do not use the Jungle Line during wet
conditions, rain, high winds, thunderstorms or other extreme weather conditions. Disassemble the Jungle Line if you are not
using it for a longer time.
Selection of location:
Take special care when selecting the location. Install the Jungle Line over an even surface and at least 200cm away from
other structures or obstacles, e.g. fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, clothes lines or electrical lines.
Do not install the Jungle Line over hard surfaces (e.g. concrete, asphalt). It is recommended to cover the ground under the
Jungle Line with suitable cushioning materials. Check the condition of the underground regularly and loosen or fill it up
again if necessary.
Warning! Never install the product over water (e.g. pools, paddling pools, rivers, lakes, etc.). Danger of drowning.
Choose stable anchor points. The anchor strength must be at least 14.200N (approx. 1,420kg per attachment point).
If you choose trees as anchor points, they must have a circumference of at least 100cm (Ø 30cm) at the level of the attach-
ment height. Trees must be completely healthy, not damaged, infested or diseased. If you have any doubts about the
suitability of the trees, seek advice from a professional.
Perforating fasteners (nails, dowels, tree screws, screw hooks, etc.) may not be used.
If you use a tree as an anchor point, it must be protected from
damage. Always use a suitable tree protector
(e.g. 970702 Schildkröt Tree Protector - sold separately).
The pressure on the bark must be spread in such a way that the
contact width of the Jungle Line strap is at least 10cm for a
circumference of 100cm (fig. 1+2).
If you choose a pole construction, the construction
must withstand an anchor strength of at least 14.200N
(approx. 1,420kg) at both attachment points.
Fastening the obstacles to safety carabiners:
Lay the Jungle Line in front of you. 14 loops are sewn into the belt to which the safety carabiners can be attached.
First attach the safety carabiners to the Jungle Line (before tensioning).
To open the safety carabiner, turn the integrated lock (fig. 1).
Only attach the open safety carabiners to the intended loops. Never attach the safety carabiners outside the loops (fig. 2+3).
To close the safety carabiner,
turn the lock again.
When attaching and detaching
the safety carabiner,
the Jungle Line strap must
not be tensioned.
The Jungle Line obstacles can
now be attached to the safety
carabiners.
Build your course versatile and
change the layout regularly.
Monkey fists, gymnastic rings must be attached to one safety carabiner.
Attach the monkey swing ONLY to two safety carabiners, NEVER to only one carabiner.
When attaching the Jungle Line obstacles, consider the height of the user.
