If you are not going to use the trimmer for a long time:
1. Clean the trimmer as described above.
2. Fully charge the battery to prevent deep discharge.
3. Keep the trimmer in a dry and frost-free place. Use the original packaging as outer
packaging if necessary. Do not wrap the cable around the device!
Fault/Remedy

Possible cause
‚ Is the mains adaptor in the socket?
‚ Is the trimmer correctly positioned in the charging
tray?
‚ Are the contacts of the trimmer and charging tray
clean?
‚ You can also operate the trimmer using "Direct
Drive".
‚ Clean and lubricate the trimmer blade. If this does
not remedy the problem, replace the trimmer
blade.
‚ Reduce pressure when trimming close to the skin.
‚ Position the device at a lower angle.
‚ Visually inspect the tips of the trimmer blade for
damage. Replace the trimmer blade if necessary.
