TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The lid opens suddenly.
The lid closes suddenly.
The lid opens too slowly.
Solution approach
Set the power switch on the back of
the cover to position (0) and check that
the batteries are installed the right way
round. Then turn the power switch back to
position (I).
Check whether the sensor area is clean
or not. If it is dirty, wipe it with a clean
cloth.
Check whether the sensor area is clean

Check if the circuits are damp. If so, do
not connect the unit to the power supply.
You can use the container only when it
is dry.
Check if there are any obstacles around
the lid. If so, remove the obstructions.
The batteries are too low. Replace all 4
batteries.
