DESCRIPTION
Microphone with zone selector for priority paging and chimes, for the MXZ-2036 model multizone mixer/

preamplifier. Allows playback of a pre-recorded message.

Connection to system via Cat 5e cable.

The compact zone system MXZ accepts up to 6 M-203 microphones.
CONTROLS AND FUNCTIONS

1.- MIC: microphone input, XLR connector.
2.- LINK: LED connection indicator. This indicator lights up when voice announcements are being sent or
the alarm used from the M-203 model microphone to the mixer/preamplifier model MXZ-2036.
3.- POWER: LED power indicator.
4.- ALARM: alarm push button. If this is pressed down for 2 seconds, playback is activated for the message
stored in position 3 of the mixer MXZ-2036 memory and it is broadcast in the active zones (if the mixer
is set in NORMAL mode) or in all zones (if the mixer is set in ALARM mode). The message is played
continuously until it is deactivated by pressing the ALARM button again.
5.- ZONE 1 - ZONE 6: activation or deactivation controls for each of the output zones. If the LED indicator
is lit, it shows that the corresponding zone is active.
6.- ALL CALL: general call control, activates or deactivates the selection of all zones simultaneously. If the
LED indicator is lit, it shows that the general call control is active.
7.- TALK: call button. Activates chimes and opens the microphone for paging in the active zones.
