•
Under no circumstances a defective grinder, grinding discs or cutting discs can be
used as it may cause injuries and material loses.
•
Remove the plastic plug from the air inlet opening (Pos.4) and assemble a nipple
with 1/4" external thread.
•
Before switching on the tool make sure that the grinding material is correctly fitted
and the flange nut (part No. 19) is properly tightened. Use perfectly suitable grinding
material only. Assembly of the grinding discs or cutting discs. – The grinder must be
disconnected from the compressed air supply.
•
Assembly of the grinding disc with a spindle hub: Unscrew the spindle flange nut
(part No. 19). Make sure that the flange fastening (part No. 15) is properly tightened.
Place the disc and align it with the flange. Screw on the flange nut so that the flange
would be directed towards the disc. Tighten the nut properly by use of spanner
included as accessory of the tool.
Assembly of the cutting disc: Unscrew the spindle flange nuts (part No. 19) and
the flange fastening (part No. 15). Turn the flange fastening so that the cutting disc
would centre correctly to the flange. Screw on the flange to the end of the thread.
Place the cutting disc and align it with the flange. Screw on the flange nut so that it
would be directed towards the cutting disc and alignment would confirm. In case of
non-alignment turn the flange nut so that its flat surface would be directed towards
the disc. Tighten the nut properly by use of spanner included as accessory of the tool.
•
• Assemble and always use support handle, in order to ensure a more stable and safe
operation of the tool.
•
Check air pressure and, if necessary, adjust it so that the tool would operate at the
required pressure and speed. Adjustment of the pressure is performed by use of
compressor or separately installed pressure regulator and adjustment of the speed
is performed by use of a separately fitted air supply regulator (not included in the
standard supply). Specification of the tool complies at 6.2 bar pressure.
•
Always be careful when using the grinder. A negligent attitude towards the tool may
cause damages of the internal parts and housing fractures. It may result in reduction
of the toolefficiency and the tool may loose its capacity.
Check-out: Lubricating is important in oder to reduce noise and vibration level. In case
of continuous use of the tool is should be cleaned and checked at least 2 times a yea.
