Instructions for Use
Our service technicians need the serial number of the product for all technical questions. Before you
contact our hotline, write down the serial number. The serial number can be found on the type plate.
1.3 Adverse incident reporting requirement
All serious adverse incidents related to this product must be reported to the manufacturer and to the
competent authorities immediately.
1.4 Summary of safety and clinical performance
The Summary of Safety and Clinical Performance can be downloaded from the European Database for
Medical Devices (EUDAMED).
1.5 Safety warnings used in this document
Could result in the death of or serious injury to the patient, user or a third party if these instructions are
not followed.
