Possible Cause
A. Safety circuit may require
resetting.
B. Thermistor is damaged.
C. Valve circuit board is
damaged.
A. Memory requires resetting.
B. If the symptom has not
been rectified by resetting
the memory, the valve
circuit board is damaged.

Corrective Action
A. Unplug the valve power cord
from the electrical outlet; wait
10 seconds; plug the valve
back in; resume use as usual.
If the fault reoccurs, contact
your Kohler Co. Authorized
Service Representative.
B. Replace the thermistor.
Contact your Kohler Co.
Authorized Service
Representative.
C. Replace the valve circuit
board. Contact your Kohler
Co. Authorized Service
Representative.
A. Unplug the valve power cord
from the electrical outlet; wait
10 seconds; plug the valve
back in; resume use as usual.
