SELECTING A LOCATION

safety and security, the safe should be installed in
an isolated, dry and secure area.
THE SAFE SHOULD ALWAYS BE KEPT
OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
SECURING THE SAFE WITH HARDWARE
NOTE:
is safe must be mounted to a shelf.
Failure to do so will compromise the safety and
security of the safe.
NOTE ON LOCKING THE SAFE:
needs to be in an upright position, as shown in
gure 1, for the locking mechanism to function
properly. Failure to mount the safe in the
corrrect upright position will compromise the
safety and security of the safe

Using the template, mark the holes to be used.
Drill 3/16" diameter pilot holes.
Install the rear screws so there is just enough room
between the head of the screw and the mounting
surface for the key slots. (Figure 2)
Slide the unit into place and secure the front
mounting holes with the screws and washers.

SECURING THE SAFE WITH THE CABLE
To secure the safe to a xed object, loop the cable
e safe
around the object and place the cable's small end into
the key hole on the side of the safe while the drawer
is open. Locking the drawer will secure the cable end
in the safe.
NOTE:

REINSTALLING THE DRAWER
To reinstall the drawer, align the drawer slide and push
the drawer in until it locks in place.

Keep keys and your combination number in a secure
place, away from children. Keep this record of your serial
number and combination in a secure place separate from
your safe. To order a replacement key set, follow the
instructions on the a ached form.
