3b. Network connection via WLAN
The device is set to LAN connection by default.
• To use the device via WIFI, call up the following menu items and confirm every selection
with the OK button :

The device starts searching for available WIFI networks. Wait until the process is comple-
ted. The available WIFI networks are displayed on the device, e.g. (06/20).

The key pad and the HOME button
• Enter the password with the keypad. Four input modes are available, which can be togg-
led by pressing the HOME button
• English upper case letters (A–Z),
• English lower case letters (a–z),
• Arabic numerals (0–9) and
• special characters ( ! „ # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ ¥ ] ^ _ ' { | } →).
The currently selected entry mode is indicated in square brackets on the top right of the
screen. In password entry mode, the keys have following functions:
• HOME-Button
• Up and down buttons
• Left and right buttons
• The password is shown in clear text when it is entered.
• Press the OK button
• After the printer has established a connection with the selected network, complete the
process by pressing the OK button
