16. Always operate the appliance on a dry, flat, stable, heat-resistant
surface to avoid accidents.
17. Do NOT move the appliance while it is in use. Always let it cool
before moving.
18. Do NOT let cord hang over the edge of a table or counter.
19. If the appliance is covered up while in use or if it comes into
contact with flammable materials, including drapes and curtains
when in use, it could cause a fire. Do not place any objects on top
of the appliance when it is functioning. Do NOT leave the
appliance unattended while it is in use.
WARNING: During the first few minutes of initial use, you may notice a
little smoke and/or a slight odor. This is normal and should quickly
disappear. It will not recur after appliance has been used a few times.
