BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Clean the grill and its accessories. When you first use the appliance, it may give off a new
smell. A little smoke can also be noticeable. We recommend heating the grill for about 5
minutes without food products.
How to use your barbecue
Fill with water (maximum 1.0 l) in the base. Let's take care of the min. and max. of the
water level.
Connect the barbecue power cable to the socket and turn the thermostat knob to the
highest position (Max). The indicator lights up. Preheat for about 5 minutes before use.
When cooking delicate food or to conserve heat, you can turn the thermostat to a lower
position and / or adjust the storage rack to a middle or higher position.
The water in the base evaporates during use. It is necessary to refill the water in time. Be
careful not to spill water on the heating element.
When you finish cooking, turn the thermostat to "0" (OFF) and unplug the grill from the
mains.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning your grill, always make sure that the grill has been removed. Allow the
entire appliance to cool completely before cleaning.
Never put or remove hot resistance from the barbecue body.
Never immerse the resistor in water when it is hot.
Wipe the resistance with a clean dry cloth.
Clean the grill and pan with warm, soapy water, then dry.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean the body.
