CAUTION: The surfaces of the appliance get hot. To avoid accidental burns, scalping,
or steam being released while cooking, always open and close the lid by using an oven
mitt.
USING THE APPLIANCE:
1.
Make sure the appliance is off before you plug it in, with the switch on
the central position. Remove the lid.
2.
Using the included measuring cup, pour the specified amount of cold
water in the appliance depending on the level of hardness you desire
for your eggs to be cooked. NOTE: the more water you put in the
appliance, the harder the eggs will be.
3.
Place the cooking rack over the base of the unit.
4.
With the piercing pin located at the bottom of the measuring cup, pierce
the bottom side (large end) of each egg and place them on the cooking
rack, with the pierced bottom facing up.
5.
Place the lid on the appliance and turn on the egg cooker, flipping
the switch to the left to COOKING FUNCTION. The indicator light will
turn on. NOTE: if you wish to keep your boiled eggs warm or if you
wish to reheat boiled eggs, flip the switch to the right to KEEP WARM
FUNCTION.
6.
When the eggs are ready, the appliance will make a high-pitched sound
and it will stop boiling the water. The indicator light will turn off.
7.
Flip the switch to the OFF position and remove the eggs immediately to
prevent overcooking. NOTE: be careful when removing the eggs, as they
will be very hot.
8.
As soon as you are finished cooking, unplug the appliance and allow it
to cool down.
