2.1 Installation Precautions
Befores installation, please read this manual carefully and familiarize yourself with the installation procedure.
1.
Be very careful when installing lithium batteries, wearing goggles, and rinsing with clean water in case of contact with battery
fluid leaks.
2.
Do not place metal objects near the batteries to avoid short circuits.
3.
Make sure there is enough space around the all-in-one system for heat dissipation.
4.
When charging lithium batteries, make sure the environment is well ventilated.
5.
The connection point of the virtual connection and the corroded wire can cause great heat to melt the insulation layer of the
wire, burn the materials around it, and even cause a fire. Therefore, it is necessary to make sure that the connector is
tightened, to avoid the loss of the connecting head caused by the jolting of the cable when moving the product.
6.
The system connecting cable is selected according to the current density not greater than 5A/mm2.
7.
Avoid direct sunlight and rainwater when installing outdoors.
8.
After turning off the power switch, there is still a high voltage inside the all-in-one machine, so please do not open or touch
the internal devices. Perform the above operations after turning the condenser off.
9.
Please do not install the machine all in one in harsh environments such as wet, greasy, flammable and explosive or a large
amount of dust.
10.
It is forbidden to reverse the polarity of the battery input terminal of this product, otherwise it will easily damage the
equipment or cause an unpredictable hazard.
11.
The network input and AC output are high voltage. Do not touch the cable connection location.
12.
When the fan is running, do not touch it to prevent injury.
13.
Make sure the all-in-one system is the only power input device for charging. Do not use the system in parallel with other AC
power supplies to avoid damage.
2.2 Wiring Specifications and Circuit Breaker Selection
Wiring and installation must meet the requirements of national and local electrical codes.
Recommended PV array wiring specifications and circuit breaker selection: Since the PV array output current is affected by the
type, connection method and light angle of the PV array, the minimum diameter of the PV array wire is calculated according to the
PV array short circuit current. Refer to the value of the short circuit current in the PV module specification (the short circuit current
remains unchanged when the PV modules are connected in series; the short circuit current is the sum of the short circuit currents
of all modules connected in parallel). The short circuit current of the matrix cannot exceed the maximum PV input current.
