NOTE: The "OFF" light should be illuminated to show that the
timer is working. The only time the "ON" light will come on is when
the condensate is draining or the "TEST" button is pressed.

MAINTENANCE
NOTE: The following maintenance schedule has been developed
for typical application. Maintenance intervals should be shortened
in harsher environments.
DRAIN VALVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
DAILY
Test the strainer ball valve for proper
operation. Operate the self cleaning valve if
needed.
MONTHLY (EVERY 30 DAYS)
Turn the self cleaning valve to the open
position for 1-2 seconds then turn to the
closed position.
CAUTION: Always wear ANSI X87.1 approved safety goggles
when performing maintenance. High pressure can cause injury
from flying debris.
To clean the strainer ball valve assembly:
1. Turn the self cleaning valve to the "OPEN" position for 1-2
seconds. This will blow out any debris that may be in the
valve.
2. Turn the self cleaning valve to the "CLOSED" position.
TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING: ALWAYS turn compressor OFF, disconnect from
power source, and drain all pressure from system before servicing.
