3. The returned lighting fixture will be tested by Southwire Company, LLC
Séries L17VP06 et L17VP07 à 850 lumens
and the results of this test, together with the technical assessment(s) will be
reviewed to determine whether the lighting fixture failed to perform properly.
You have the right to obtain copies of all reports at your expense.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY OF SOUTHWIRE
COMPANY, LLC THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BY LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IF ANY,
ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TERM OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY.

incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not
