leVel The TanK TrucK
z Level the tank truck in low gear, leave crankshaft in
low gear. Prefer lowering against lifting.
watch for end of stroke! The end
of stroke has been reached if the red
area on the support tube becomes visible.
Do not continue turning!
z At the end of stroke, slowly relieve
the strain on the crank handle.
Danger of crank handle recoiling!
Always place the crank handle in the holder provided for it.
unloading The supporTed TanK TrucK
Requirements:
─ Silo truck is levelled
─ Rear support devices are standing on stable underground
─ Low gear is engaged and crank handle placed into crank handle holder

z Completely retract rear support devices only in high gear mode

7. serVice / repLAcement
Duly perform installation or dismantling of the rear support device on the
vehicle in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's operating manual
and installation instructions.
─ Maintenance and repair only by trained personnel
─ Only use original spare parts
─ Replace all seals if the gear is dismantled
─ Do not carry out any modifications and conversions on
safety-relevant parts
─ Additional mountings must not adversely affect safety
─ The relevant regulations apply.

8. testing
The rear supports must be tested at least once a year by an authorised
person per TRBS 1203 (Technical expert).
Technical experts are persons, who have sufficient knowledge based
on their specialist training and experience, in the areas of winches, lift
and pull systems and the relevant official occupational health and safety
rules, accident prevention regulations, guidelines and generally accept-
ed engineering rules (e.g. EN standards), to evaluate the operational
safety of winches, and lift and pull systems. Technical experts are to be
nominated by the operator of the equipment. Performance of the annual
occupational safety inspection as well as the training required to obtain
the aforementioned knowledge and skills can be provided by haacon
hebetechnik gmbh.
