5. Assemble partition set to form four partition cells.
6. Place partition set upright into carton. (See Figure 4)
7. Place inner containers into the sorbent pouches.
Then, place filled sorbent pouches into the included
3 mil poly bags.
8. Twist poly bags and seal with included 5.5" 40#
cable ties.
9. Place sealed poly bags into partition cells in upright
position. (See Figure 5)
10. Fold flaps of top/bottom pad insert and place on
top of partitions so that the flaps are facing up
towards the top of the carton. (See Figure 6)
11. Fold flaps on top of carton so that they meet. "THIS
SIDE UP" must be visible on the outside of the carton.
12. Seal top of carton with three parallel strips of 2" wide
(2.6 mil) polypropylene tape (Uline Model # S-14564).
The tape must overlap 0.5" side to side and extend 3"
over each end of the carton. (See Figure 7)
